Just Add Ink #389 Inspiration

Hello there,
December crept up on me and now I swear it's accelerating at light speed! Despite the increasing festive craziness I did make time for this week's Just Add Ink challenge. This week Kelly is asking us to Just Add Inspiration. The inspiration picture is just perfect for Christmas! Here's the picture. You can use the colours, patterns or elements in the picture to inspire your project.

Here's what I came up with.

The foliage tied with twine in the inspiration photo made think of an ornament hanging from the Christmas tree and so that's how I ended up with my hanging heart. Lots of die cutting in this one and I added some interest by mixing in a bunch of different greens to create some depth.

The Just Add Ink DT have a gorgeous array of projects please go check them out and then come back and show us your project!

Thanks for visiting,
Kim

  5. OMG Kim! That foliage is crazy stunning - so eye catching. I adore the sentiment in the hanging heart and the die cut detail on the inside. Another amazing creation, Kim, as always.
