Just Add Ink #574 Choose Two

Hello there,
school holidays are slipping past here very quietly as we are in lockdown, but on the bright side we have spring weather, so lots of flowers in the garden and sunshine to go with them. There will be no flowers again this week, as this week's Just Add Ink challenge from Nikki is a Just Choose Two challenge. Here are the options.

The idea is choose two of the three options and feature them on your project. Still in Christmas card mode I went with silhouette and stars. Here it is.

First, I die cut the two tiers of my 'village' skyline, then paper pieced in the tiny yellow glowing windows. Then I used blending brushes to create the sky, a glow from the set sun turning into a night filling with stars and a large yellow moon. The stars and sentiment were white embossed.
Put those simple elements together and you have the end result, which to be honest I think to looks better in real life.

The Just Add Ink DT have plenty of fabulous cards to inspire you so please go check them out and then come back and join in the challenge.

Thanks for visiting,
Kim
