Hello there,
welcome to the Colour INKspiration 24 blog hop. If you are hopping your way around the blog hop, you will have arrived from Monique Fielder's blog. Wasn't Monique's butterfly beautiful! If you are starting the hop here but would like to go to the start at the Colour INKspiration challenge page over on Facebook, just click the link to be redirected and ask to join the group, that way you can load your projects directly to the Facebook group and join in the fun every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. Here's the INKspiration picture.
All those nets and watery colours meant I couldn't resist pulling out my mermaid for a card. One thing I knew I had to incorporate was the new glitter flakes, they made me think of golden dubloons!
I knew I had an old stamp - a pirate's chest - so I inked it up (selectively omitting the skull and crossbones). Once it was coloured I had my golden dubloons spilling out. My mermaid has discovered this treasure and is trailing gold coins as she is swimming away. I had fun with all the inkiness and colouring for this one. Hope you can join us and have some fun too! Next up, on the blog hop is the Mel Pagano with another awesome project. Enjoy!
