JAI 212 Just add a colour combo

Hello there,
hope you have all recovered from Easter (and all that chocolate!!!!). The last two weeks have been fun but kind of crazy as its been school holidays mixed in with Easter and the ANZAC day holiday (for the non Aussies and Kiwi's this is when we commemorate all the men and women who have served and died in our armed forces). But before we head back to the lunch box routine we have a new challenge for you at Just Add Ink. This week it is a colour challenge from Delys.

I was a bit short on baby cards and thought the colours would work great for a baby boy card.

The delightful little animals from Storybook Friends are just perfect for creating whimsical and fun cards. So that was the feeling I was aiming for. I added a lot of dimension by using the sentiment banners, vellum clouds and by mounting my little fox up on dimensionals. I couldn't resist using my fringe scissors again either to ground my fox too. I'm counting gold as a neutral because I just had to add some gold stitching and bakers twine. I reckon celebrating a new bub needs just a bit of bling!

This colour combo is really versatile - check out the rest of the JAI  DT to see what I mean!

Thanks for visiting,
Kim
